The Automatic Lug Cap Sealing Machine is a versatile unit, designed to be self-supported on stainless steel legs with a height-adjustable system. It is precision-engineered on a stainless steel frame, fully enclosed in stainless steel sheets for enhanced durability and hygiene. The machine includes service doors for easy access, facilitating maintenance and ensuring efficient operation for reliable lug cap sealing performance.
Overview
The feed containers move along the conveyor belt and are directed into a star wheel, positioning each container beneath the sealing head during the indexing phase. Meanwhile, each bottle picks up a cap from the delivery chute of the cap feeding bowl. Once aligned, the body and neck of the container are positioned under the rotating head, where the sealing head performs precise capping operations to securely seal each container.
