Introduction of Automatic Shrink Sleeve Label Applicator
The Automatic Shrink Sleeve Applicator is utilized for applying shrink sleeve labels onto containers, making it highly suitable for food, beverage, personal care, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries. It offers excellent flexibility and efficiency, allowing it to connect seamlessly with other equipment like liquid filling machines, capsule and tablet counting lines, and shrink wrapping machines to form a comprehensive production line.
Working Principle of Automatic Shrink Sleeve Label Applicator
The sleeve, provided as a continuous web with printed graphics, is unrolled from the reel and guided through rollers onto a forming tube, which opens and prepares it for cutting. A rotating blade system then cuts the sleeve to the required length, positioning it onto the product as a label. The labeled product is subsequently conveyed into a steam or optional electric shrinking tunnel, where the sleeve conforms perfectly to the container’s shape.
