Overview
The Automatic ROPP Cap Sealing Machine is a versatile, self-supported unit mounted on stainless steel legs with an adjustable height system. Built on a precision-engineered SS frame, the machine is fully enclosed with stainless steel panels, and service doors are provided for easy maintenance, ensuring durability and efficient operation.
Overview
Containers are transported along the conveyor belt and fed into a star wheel, positioning each container below the sealing head in the indexing section. As each bottle reaches this point, it picks up a cap from the delivery chute of the cap feeding bowl. The body and neck of the container are then accurately positioned under the rotating head, where the sealing head performs precise threading and sealing operations, ensuring a secure and consistent seal on every container.
